What time is the normal check-in / check-out?
Guests can check in after 14:00 and check out at 12:00 (noon).
Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged and will be charged additionally (subject to availability).
What is the minimum age for check-in?
Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in and stay without supervision at our hotel.
Guests below this age require accompaniment by a parent or legal guardian.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy depends on the terms of the selected rate at the time of booking.
If cancel or modify the booking or a no show, 100 % will be charged as cancellation penalty.

All special room requests and preferences are not guaranteed and subject to room availability on guests’ arrival date.
Are there connecting room / adjoining door?
Connecting room/adjoining door are not available in all room categories
Do you have rooms with bathtubs?
Yes, we do. However, only in the Phana Suite, Kiri Suite and Napha Suite categories.
How many people can stay in one room?
Natee Deluxe Room, Phana Suite and Kiri Suite can accommodate a maximum of two (2) adults.
Only Napha Suite (2 bedrooms and 1 living room) can accommodate a maximum of four (4) adults.
*Remark: Third person will be charged additionally.
Can I request an extra bed?
Natee Deluxe Room:
Unfortunately, we could not set up extra bed due to layout of the room
Phana Suite and Kiri Suite:
We do not have extra bed, but sofa bed is available as an alternative option.

Where is breakfast served and at what time?
A breakfast buffet being served in the NAA Restaurant on Lobby floor between 7:00 to 11:00 hrs.

Our restaurants have the possibility to prepare special foods for people with allergies, intolerances, and other special needs.

There is limousine service to/from both Suvarnabhumi International Airport and Don Muang International Airport. Airport transfer can be arranged as follows:
THB 1,500 NET per trip – Toyota Camry for 2 persons (2 luggage)
THB 2,200 NET per trip – Toyota Commuter/Innova for 4 persons (4 luggage)
It takes approximately 40 minutes to get from the airport to Maison Hotel Bangkok by highway, depending on the time of day.

The hotel offers all NON-SMOKING rooms. If you would like to smoke, you may only do so in the outdoor area within the property where ashtrays are being placed.

Yes, there is a personal safety box in every room for your convenience.

All of our rooms have a mini fridge in the rooms.
Is there a hairdryer / iron / kettle?
