How can I make a booking?

What time is check-in / check-out?
Guests can check in after 14:00 and check out at 12:00 (noon).
Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged and will be charged additionally and subject to availability.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy depends on the terms of the selected rate at the time of booking.
If cancel or modify the booking or a no show, 100 % will be charged as cancellation penalty.
How many people can stay in one room?
Natee Deluxe Room Phana Suite and Kiri Suite can accommodate a maximum of two (2) adults.
Only Napha Suite (2 bedrooms and 1 living room) can accommodate a maximum of four (4) adults.

Third person will be charged additionally.
Third person cannot sleep at Natee Deluxe Room.
Do you have rooms with bathtubs?
Yes, we do. However, only in the Phana Suite, Kiri Suite and Napha Suite categories.
Can my child stay for free?
Children aged between 0 to 11 years old stay with free of charge by sharing bed with parents.
Can I request an extra bed?
We do not have extra bed, but we have in room sofa bed.
An additional person is chargeable and applicable for Phana Suite and Kiri Suite types only.

Where is breakfast served and at what time?
A breakfast buffet being served in the NAA Restaurant on Lobby floor between 7:00 to 11:00.
Do you have gluten-free foods and other allergens?
Our restaurants have the possibility to prepare special foods for people with allergies, intolerances, and other special needs. Please, contact the hotel three (3) days before your arrival.
Does hotel restaurant charge a corkage fee?
Guests who consume their personal wine and whiskey in the restaurants will incur a corkage fee at THB 500++(THB 588.50 NET) per bottle of wine and THB 800++ (THB 941.60 NET) per bottle of whiskey.
Do you have 24-hour room service?
No, room service is available from 7:00 to 2:00 daily.
Is there free Wi-Fi?

Is there an airport shuttle to Maison Hotel Bangkok and how long does it take to travel from the Airport to Maison Hotel Bangkok and approximately how much does it cost?
There is limousine service to/from both Suvarnabhumi International Airport and Don Muang International Airport. Airport transfer can be arranged as follows:
THB 1,500 NET per trip – Toyota Camry for 2 persons (2 luggage)
THB 2,200 NET per trip – Toyota Commuter for 4 persons (4 luggage)
It takes approximately 40 minutes to get from the airport to Maison Hotel Bangkok by highway, depending on the time of day.
Where can I park my car?
There is a parking lots within Maison Hotel Bangkok and is located at Sukhumvit 4.
What is the hotel’s smoking policy?
The hotel offers all non-smoking rooms. If you would like to smoke, you may only do so in the outdoor area within the property where ashtrays are being placed.

Yes, there is a personal safety box in every room for your convenience.
Is there a fridge in the rooms?
All of our rooms have a mini fridge in the rooms.
Is there a hairdryer / iron?
Hair dryers are provided in all rooms for your convenience. If you require an iron and board, kindly approach the front desk and our staff will be happy to assist you.

Our gym facilities powered by Technogym operating 24 hours a day at the Mezzanine (M) floor.
Do you have a wellness facility?
Yoga studio is scheduled daily on the Mezzanine (M) floor from 7:00 to 19:15 hrs. by professional practitioners with additional charge at THB 600 NET per person. One (1) day advance reservation is required.
Do you have a kids’ club?
We ensure that the little ones enjoy the holiday, Kid’s Club is available at the same floor. Kids should be accompanied by caretakers or parents.
Where is Bulann Moonlight Spa located?
Situated on the Mezzanine (M) floor, at Bulann, we curate an original range of spa treatments, massaging and body therapy packages.

Are there any shopping centers / shopping malls near the hotel?
Bangkok’s main shopping district is only two (2) BTS stops away and includes Central Embassy Central Chidlom, Central World, Siam Paragon (only 13 mins away depending on the traffic).
Are there any hospitals in the hotel vicinity?
Doctor on call is available.
Bumrungrad Hospital is only 12 minutes by foot and MedPark Hospital is only 10 minutes’ drive.
Is the hotel far from the Skytrain?
Only 8 minutes by foot to BTS Skytrain at Nana and Ploenchit Stations.
