This has been the best stay! The staff are amazing and very accommodating Art was exceptional went above and beyond to make our holiday the most memorable. The rooms are cleaned when you ask and have everything you need in them. Breakfast is amazing has a bit of everything. The hotel is air conditioned throughout (helpfull in this humid weather) location is brilliant and very secure and safe! Its a peaceful hotel, good for family's.

Terrible customer service and management, I booked a suite who was really nice on picture for 6000 baht per night and end up on a low floor with terrible poor view , Room is not even clean with stain on the couch and floor. Never again in this hotel

Close to entertainment, restaurants, clubs. Very polite and always willing to go out if their way for you. Clean and friendly. Asked for room service to make zoo animals and gave a tip, and we got this. Picture below , thank you 🙏🏼

The room is very clean, the hotel is newly decorated, and the experience is very good. We arrived very early on the day of check-in, so we put our luggage in the lobby, which didn't affect our sightseeing at all.

 Verified My go to hotel in Bangkok.
This is my go to hotel whenever I’m in Bangkok. I have been coming here for years. Centrally located for shopping or entertainment. Near the BTS. Staff is always exceptional and the bar is great for people watching. The breakfast buffet is incredible. Don’t pay the high prices of nearby name brands. The Maison is perfect. Enjoy your stay.
